Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Reference (a) requested that Commonwealth Edison Company provide a proposed schedule for submitting a program to address those concerns which the NRC staff has identified as being potentially applicable to LaSalle County Station.
The purpose o f this letter is to provide the requested information.
Commonwealth Edison Company has participated in various BWR owners group meetings on this subject, and in telecons and meetings with the NRC staff.
We have already performed a brief qualitative review which concluded that the concerns were not applicable to LaSalle County Station.
We also have initiated a detailed review o f the concerns.
Based upon Reference (a), we will limit our review to those items specified as potentially applicable to LaSalle.
We currently expect to submit a report on this subject by September 1, 1982 (two months after the date of Reference (a)).
