Dear Mrs. Ellis:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation of July 9, 1982 regarding transmittal of the transcripts of the hearing sessions held on June 7-11, 1982, to the mini-Local Public Document Room ("LPDR") at the University of Texas - Arlington ("UTA") Library. When I returned to the office from the June hearing, I requested that the LPDR Branch send transcripts of the June hearing to the UTA library and to the official LPDR in Glen Rose, Texas. Although transcripts were sent to Glen Rose on June 18 and 23, 1982, the LPDR Branch inadvertently failed to send transcripts to UTA. As I told you, the LPDR Branch sent transcripts from the June hearing to UTA on July 8,1982 by " priority" mail.
