Confirmation of lieeting Arrangements - Docket flos. 50-424 and 50-425 This is to confirm arrangements made with fir. W. F. Sanders of my staff during telephone conversations on llay 18, 1982, for a meeting with you and other city officials of Sardis on June 29,1982 at 7:00 p.m.
We understand the meeting will take place at the Burke County Office Park, West 6th Street in Waynesboro, Georgia.
The meeting is intended to be informative and will be structured to discuss items of community interest relative to the mission of the fluclear Regulatory Commission (f4RC). A proposed meeting agenda is enclosed.
Should you have any questions concerning these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
