As you are aware Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) is under contract with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to review the EPICOR-II solidification prog am. A part of these studies was a review of the solidification tecting performed by your firm for GPU Nuclear. We are enclosing, therefore, a copy of the draft report submitted to us from BNL entitled, " Review of a Test Program for Qualifying the Solidification of EPICOR-II Resins with Cement."
In order that we can transmit comments back to BNL in a timely manner, we would appreciate receiving input on this report from you prior to July 9,1982.
