SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC-0IE INSPECTION REPORT 50-327/81-28, 50-328/81 RESPONSE TO VIOLATIONS The subject inspection report dated August 28, 1981 cited TVA with four Severity Level V Violations and one Severity Level VI Violation in accordance with 10 CFR 2.201.

Enclosed is our response. The enclosure is proprietary under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790, and should be withheld from public disclosure.
