Dear Mr. Bird:
This is in regard to recent telephone conversations between you and Linda Robinson about two letters written to NRC by Alderson Reporting which are subject to a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
You expressed the concerns of your clients, Ira and Rose Ann Sharp of Alderson Reporting, about competitive harm to their firm by disclosure of certain infonnation in the letters.
In preparing nonproprietary versions of the letters, we deleted information as agreed during the telephone conversation on March 30, 1982.
As you requested, we are enclosing a copy of the request and our response, including copies of the letters as provided to the requester.
We appreciate your prompt and able cooperation in this matter.
