That on or about June 21, 1982, he received interroga-tories from John Reed.
2.
That he was directed by the terms of said interroga-tories to have the " County Court Administrative Judgas and the Emergency Management Coordinator" answer said interrogatories.
3.
That he is a non-party participant under 10 CFR 2.715 (c).
4.
That under 10 CFR 2.740 (b), interrogatories may be served only upon parties.
5.
That Robert G.
Wright individually has no power to compel other persons to answer saia interrogatories.
WHEREFORE, Robert G.
Wright requests that John Reed's Motion to Compel Discovery be denied.
