Dear Mr. Jim:

This is in response to your letter of June 16, 1982, requesting that the NRC place you and Melvin Sampson on the Skagit/Hanford service list so that both of you can receive all communications and documents which are sent to Mr.

James Hovis, the tribal attorney. After the Licensing Board rules on your intervention petition, we will place your name on the NRC service list assuming that the Yakima Indian Nation is afforded party status by the Board's ruling. After you receive all appropriate NRC correspondence, you may copy and distribute the correspondence among the Tribal Councilmen as you deem necessary.
