We are sorry you did not receive our reply to your letter of June 7,1981, requesting the opportunity to make a limited appearance statement. Parties may make limited appearance statements. You may submit a written statement of any length, but oral statements will be limited to five minutes. This should be enough to permit you to bring to our attention the key points of your written statement.
You will be notified when the evidentiary hearing is scheduled.
Because the parties generally take months obtaining information from one another prior to the hearing, we regret that we will not be able to hear your coments in the near future.
Thank you for your interest in expressing your views about the licensing of Units 1 and 2 of the Perry Nuclear Power Plant.
