-- the publications of Dr. Levy and the qualifications of Mr.

Iloward -- were served on Judge Brenner, SC and the Staf f at the hearings and on SOC at its office on June 25, on Judges Morris and Carpenter by Federal Express on June 28, and on the Secretary of the Commission by mail on June 29.
