LILCO's June 24, 1982 " Motions to Supplement Witness Panels, Plus Several Related Matters" were served on the Board, SC and the Staff at the hearings in Riverhead on June 24, and by mail that day on SOC.
Two items missing from those Motions
-- the publications of Dr. Levy and the qualifications of Mr.
Iloward -- were served on Judge Brenner, SC and the Staf f at the hearings and on SOC at its office on June 25, on Judges Morris and Carpenter by Federal Express on June 28, and on the Secretary of the Commission by mail on June 29.
III.
LILCO's June 25, 1982 " Response to ASLB Information Requests" was served in the same fashion as the Levy publica-(
