Dear Mr. Seidle:
The purpose of this letter is to advisd you that all of the safety related piping subassemblies which were the subject of unresolved Item STN 50-482/79-09-03 and 10CFR50.55(e) report on " Gulf and Western Preassembly Formations" have been processed and found acceptable.
In Reference 1) we stated that we would advise you when this work was complete.
NRC Inspection Report STN 50-482/82-10 closed unresolved Item STN 50-482/79-09-03 based on a review of a random sample of assemblies.
The final 10CFR50.55 (e) report transmitted in Reference 2), and this letter, complete our reporting on this matter.
