PEOPLE AGAINST NUCLEAR ENERGY MOTION FOR OPPORTUNITY TO REPLY TO LICENSEE RESPONSE TO PANE REQUEST FOR HEARING One June 3, 1982, People Against Nuclear Energy (PANE) filed a Request for Hearing on License Amendments and Conditions Required Prior to Restart of TMI-1. As we explained in our accompanying Response to Licensee's Motion With Respect to Psychological Health Issue, we filed the hearing request in an abundance of caution to assure that all technical requirements had been met to establish that the Three Mile Island Unit 1 Restart hearing itself or some subsequent hearing is required by statute before restart may be permitted.

The Licensee responded to our hearing request on June 18, 1982.
