Dear Mr. Rawl:
This refers to your letter of June 18, 1982 requesting our review of IAEA Certificate of Compliance No. J/74/AF with certain restrictions.
We reconnerdi approval of the subject certificate provided the maximum U-235 enrichment is limited to 4.0 w/o and the minimum thickness of the steel pails is 1 millimeter (0.0394"), in accordance with Edlow International Company letter dated June 11,1982.
