FROCECURE 1.
Report to the Tecnnical Support Center (TSC).
2.
Make an estimate of the emergency from an operational viewpoint and initiate immediate corrective acticn to limit or contain the emergency.
3.
Organize and cirect rescue operations for injured personnel implementing EPIP 370-1.
Injurec personnel cata should be recorded on Attacnment B.
4.
Assist in the planning and implementing of detailed procecures regarcing all pharas of the GSEP related Activities.
5.
Direct switching and valving cperations, equipment operations, equipment enecking, and other miscellaneous operations.
6.
Initiate measures such as firefighting necessary to terminate the emergency condition.

Inform the Staticn Director of the progress of corrective measures.
8.
The Operations Director shall designate an individual frcm the Station Operaticns Staff to manage and supervise the activities of the Chsite OSC.
9.
'When cirected by the Station Director, implement the evacuation procedure EPIP 360-1.
- 10. Maintain a record of all GSEP related activities.
