RESOLUTION REGARDING THE PRESENT EVACUATION PLAN AT INDIAN POINT THAT IS PATENTLY UNWORKABLE IN ITS PRESENT FORM Attached is a certified copy of this resolution.

I, Marie A. Fuesy, District Clerk of the Ossining Union Free School District, in the County of Westchester, State of New York, HEREBY CERTIFY that the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Education of the Ossining Union Free School District at a duly called meeting held on June 21, 1982, and has been compared by me with the original Minutes as officially recorded in my office in the Minute Book of said Board of Education.
WHEREAS, the present evacuation plan presented by Con Edison and PASNY (Power Authority of the State of New York) relating to the evacuation of our school children in case of a nuclear accident at Indian Point is patently unworkable in its present form.
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Education expresses its concern over the required participation of its students and teachers in the present plan until it is modified.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the District Clerk is directed to communicate this resolution to the Westchester County Executive, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Governor of the State of New York.
