SMP 110 TION REGARDIliG SERVICE OF DOCUMEIiTS AND DISCOVERY Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.730, SMP moves this Board to order the addition of a distributee to the current service list.for filings by all parties to this proceeding.

The distributee SMP here pro-poses to add is its Technical Advisor, Mr. Raymond G. Shadis.

As grounds therefor SMP states as follows:

1 Currently SMP counsel receives copies of filings in this case, makes copies of them, and mails the same to SMP's Technical Advisor Mr. Shadis; the practice means a delay of at least one week from the date of filing to receipt of copies by !!r. Shadis.

2.

Thus this delay of at least one week could be obviated by the granting of this Motion.

3.

Counsel for SMP has contacted all parties' counsel rela-tive to this !!otion and received the following results: ".r.

Brown of !!aine favored the grantin6 of this 110 tion; Mr. Gutierrez of the Staff Counsel declined to take a position; and Mr. Dignan of Appli-cant refused to converse with SMP counsel.

ho legally significant burden is put on the other parties by the cranting of this proceeding; in fact, all parties should benefit by a reduction of the delays referenced herein.

Thus SMP requests that its Technical Advisor, Mr. Raymond G.

Shadis, Post Of fice Box 76, :iorth Eccecomb, Maine 04556, be added immediately to all Staff and Commission service lists relative to this case,I and included as a distributee of copies of all disco-vered materials when discovery commences in this case.
