In my October 28 and November 20, 1981 letters to you, we erroneously indicated that item II.E.4.2.6, " Containment Isolation Dependability," was complete on all three units. At the time.of these submittals, this work was complete on unit 1, ongoing on unit 3, and planned for the unit 2 late summer 1982 outage. At present, this item is complete on units 1 and 3 and will be completed on unit 2 during the upcoming outage in August. The correct schedule for this work was provided to you in my February 19, 1982 letter on the subject of containment purge.

Also, the schedule for item II.B.3, " Post Accident Sampling (PASF),"

has been revised from our October 28 and November 20, 1981 submittals. The new schedule is as follows for outage-related work.
