Dear Mr. Jordon:
Yesterday we advised you of our intent to depose several CASE witnesses identified in its June 23, 19?2 Witness List submitted to the Board.
One of the witnesses we advised you that we intend to depose is Mr. Bill Varney.
Upon reviewing the address for Mr. Varney supplied in your July 23, 1982 Witness List, we found thi.t the address was not sufficient for us to complete service of a Notice of Deposition.
We attempted unsuccessfully to find a more complete address by calling directory assistance for the Fort Worth, Texas area and asking for both Mr. Varney and the West Creek Apartments, where Mr.
Varney is shown in your Witness List as residing.
In both cases, there was no telephone number listed.
We then requested that you provide us with an address for Mr. Varney sufficiently adequate for us to complete service of a Notice of Deposition.
As of this morning, we have yet to receive this information.
Accordingly, in view of the upcoming July 7, 1982 deadline by which time 8207010223 820629 PDR ADOCK 05000445 y&

. depositions must be completed, we again request that you provide us with a complete address for Mr. Varney as soon as possible, to enable us to serve him in connection with his deposition.
