13.5.1 Administrative Proceduf_ea q

The plant administrative procedures will be provided at the FSAR stage. At that time both general and initial test program administrative procedures will be addressed.

13.5.2 Operating and Maintenance Procedures Plant operating and maintenance procedures / instructions will be prepared -

for integrated plant operations, system operation, and plant maintenance 3 l

activities following the generic categories listed in Table 3 5-1. They will be prepared by the plant operating personnel and will follow the .

guidelines and requirements of NRC Regulatory Guide 133 and the ANS 3 2 l Standard. These proce'dures/ instructions will be followed by the licensed l ,

operators in the operating the plant.

l The preliminary schedule for the preparation of the operating and-l maintenance procedures / instructions is given in Table 13 5-1.
