During a recent telephone conversation with Mr. Robert Willmore, it was indicated that Applicants would be unable to answer Interrogatory 2-14 of OCRE's Second Set of Interrogatories to Applicants, dated April 29, 1982, until the document referenced therein has been provided. Accordingly, I am enclosing a copy of the memorandum from Carlyle Michelson, AEOD, to Harold Denton, ONRR, dated August 1, 1980. The requirements referred to in Inter-rogatory 2-14 are described in the Executive Summary attachment to that memo-randum.
