" Operating License Application, WNP-1" Our letter of May 6,1982, transmitted copies of the documentation required by 10CFR50.30 for the Operating License Application for WNP-1.
The purpose of this letter is to advise you that, although not spe-cifically stated in the May 6 letter, transmittal did include forty (40) copies of the WNP-1 Emergency Preparedness Plan.
This plan is the same as what was earlier submitted to and reviewed by the NRC staff in conjunction with the WNP-2 OL Application, except it now considers both WNP-1 and WNP-2 as operating plants.
