Dear Mr. Vassallo:
As discussed with our Project Manager June 18, 1982, this letter is written to confirm that General Electric has completed its reanalysis of the Limiting Transient (Load Rejection Without Bypass) for Cooper Nuclear Station, Cycle 8, using the corrected ODYN. computer code.
The results show an increase in uncorrected ACPR of 0.01 for all fuel types (8x8, 8x8R, and P8x8R) for this transient. The 10CFR50.59 Cleanup Technical Specifications submitted April 30, 1982, are not affected by this minor change in the limiting transient.
