Dear Mr. Cherry:
On October 9, 1981, in connection with the above cause, we served on the League " Commonwealth Edison Company's Second Round of Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents To Be Answered by the Rockford League of Women Voters."
The League had not responded to this discovery request as of the date of its dismissal from the proceeding on October 27, 1981.
Inasmuch as the League has been re-admitted as a party, we hereby request that you promptly provide us with responses to our discovery request with respect to all contentions which the League does not vol-untarily dismiss pursuant to ALAB-678.
We would appre-ciate full responses on July 6, 1982.
Please advise me in writing if you are unable to comply with this request.
