In particular, it will relate to deficiencies in vendor welding, QA of vendor supplied items, receiving of vendor supplied items, deficiencies of QA/QC c6ntrol of vendor supplied items, the mate' rial salvage program, Brown and Root close-out and turn-over to the Applicant, and subcontractor quality assurance activities..It will also cover other construction and quality assurance / quality control failures of which you are aware. You should be prepared to state your knowledge of any such matters and to answer.. questions. as to the date, location, and circumstances of each.
