In particular, it will relate to deficiencies in vendor welding, QA of vendor supplied items, receiving of vendor supplied items, deficiencies of QA/QC c6ntrol of vendor supplied items, the mate' rial salvage program, Brown and Root close-out and turn-over to the Applicant, and subcontractor quality assurance activities. .It will also cover other construction and quality assurance / quality control failures of which you are aware. You should be prepared to state your knowledge of any such matters ,

and to answer.. questions. as to the date, location, and circumstances of each.
