SERVED JUN 74 is a-NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 CFR 2.721 (1980), the Atoinic Safety and Licensing Board for Commonwealth Edison Company (Byron, Units 1&2), Docket Nos. 50-454/455-0L, is hereby reconsituted by appointing the following Administrative Law Judge to the Board:
