" Inadequate Design / Design Review of Instrumentation Seismic Support Drawings" Third Interim Report

- 2) Telecon - L. Martin (NRC) to L. Bass (LP&L) on June 16, 1982
Dear Mr. Collins:
In reference (1) LP&L committed to submit a final report on the subject Significant Construction Deficiency by June 15, 1982.
Ebasco Nonconformance Report W3-2333 addresses this problem and is being used to track corrective action. Mercury Company is in the process of reworking supports which were identified as being deficient. At this time rework is not complete.
It is anticipated that the corrective action will be complete and a Final Report submitted by August 2, 1982.
