Dear Mr. Collins:
The physical work on the corrective action for the protection of the actuators is complete. However, NCR W3-3872 and NCR W3-3483 resulted from work accomplished as part of the corrective action. The conditions addressed on the two nonconformance reports must be corrected prior to reporting the final corrective action complete.
LP&L respectfully requests an extension on SCD No. 26 until July 13, 1982 at which time a final report will be submitted.
