This letter is confirmation of my request during the June 14, 1982 conference call that FOE /Audubon and Parents be con-sidered to have subscribed to the following submission of UCS/
NYPIRG of June 11, 1982:
UCS/NYPIRG RESPONSE TO LICENSEES' MOTION FOR AN ORDER COMPELLING RESPONSES TO INTERROGATORIES OR, IN THE ALTERNATIVE, IMPOSING SANCTIONS FOR FAILURE TO RESPOND AND STRIKING CERTAIN CONTENTIONS Arrangements had been made to include FOE /Audubon and Parents (I have been authorized by Parents to speak for them on this matter) as parties subscribing to said submission, but their names were omitted through an oversight.
The document should be considered as the response from FOE /Audubon and Parents,.as well as that of UCS/NYPIRG.
Our apologies for this oversight.
