Enclosed is-an application for an export license received recently by NRC for a nuclear export falling within the Executive Branch' generic approvals of February 10, 1981 and May 6,1981 for reloads of low-enriched uranium fuel, but for which a letter of assurance'is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
