NRC Certificate of Compliance 9091 Thank you for your letter of May 13,

1982, which implied concurrence with the General Electric Company Wilmington Manufacturing Department evaluation that renewal of the subject certificate is not necessary.

If,

however, as a result of future requirements, the NRC determines that a certificate is needed for the 30A and 30B packages, please consider the GE-WMD letter of April 30, 1982, as the initial request for issuance of the certificate and the subject to be under timely review.
