This is SECY-82-133, Amendments to 5
10 CFR Chapter I, Parts 19, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 150 with 6
respect to employees who provide information.
7 This is a final rule to implement Section 210,
" Employee Protection," of the amended Energy Reorganization 9
Act.
10 The Chairman, Commissioner Gilinsky, and, Commissioner 33 Asselstine have approved the rule with the modifications made
.g by Commissioner Gilinsky to alter NRC Form 3 by entitling the section on discrmination as " Employee Protection."

Commissioner Roberts abstains.
14 We have been informed that Commissioner Ahearne is 15 prepared to vote to approve the paper as well although he would 16 prefer to withhold consideration of this rule pending receipt 17 from the staff of a proposed rule regarding contractors and

In the approval of the paper, the Commission also 19 l
agreed to direct the staf f to promptly submit a proposed rule I
20 8j requiring contractors and subcontractors to post NRC Form 3.
