Dear Mr. Smith:
By letters dated April 26, 1982 to the Power Authority of the State of New York (Authority) and April 27, 1982 to Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc. (Con Edison) you requested that the Authori ty and Con Edison contact Mr. H. Crocker of your staff to verify our planned actions with rega rd to deficiencies identified during our initial installation and testing of the Indian Point ANS. This letter will verify that the planned actions discussed with Mr.
Crocker on April 27, 1982 remain unchanged.
In
- addition, all the deficiencies contained in the aforementioned letters were corrected prior to June 1,1982.
