On December 3,1980, the General Electric Company was grant 5d hermiision I
l to use package No. USA /9136/AF. On June 5,1981, this authority wasaextended to June 30, 1982.
Although General Electric plans to have made its last shipment in that package by the June expiration date, delays have been caused by inclement weather and problems with outside contractors. Therefore, to guard against the effects of any further delays General Electric requests -that the authority to use this package be extended to December 31, 1982.
A check for the $150.00 fee is enclosed.
