Conte, Senior Resi-dent Inspector, Unit II, nn Program Office, which took place at 1630 hours0.0189 days <br />0.453 hours <br />0.0027 weeks <br />6.20215e-4 months <br /> on June 3, 1982.
A condition considered prompt reportable under Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.(i) was determined to exist at 1500 hours0.0174 days <br />0.417 hours <br />0.00248 weeks <br />5.7075e-4 months <br /> on June 3,1982.
At this tire it was determined that the recent everflov of the Auxiliary Buil-ding sump occured due to an influx of rainwater from the Borated I?ater Storage Tank Recirculation Pump Enclosure Sumr.
This condition arose as a result of deficient administrative and design controls associated with the BWST Recircu-lation Pumn Enclosure Sump.
This condition was determined to need remedial corrective action.
Details vill be included in the follow-up report.
