. Intervenors indicated that they may seek to introduce rebuttal witnesses on the contention dealing with SFP Criticality. They must file such motion (if any) by June 28, 1982. A reply to such motion must be filed by July 12, 1982. The findings on this issue must be filed within 40 days after the record is closed on this issue (if closed upon the evidence presently of record) with replies due 20 days thereafter. The Staff pre-sently intends to file a Motion to Reconsider the decision of the Board to require simultaneous findings from all parties.
