- 1) Letter from R. M. Diggs to J. M. Pilant dated June 4, 1982.
Dear Ms. Diggs:
Reference 1 requested Nebraska Public Power District to remit an additional sum of $4,000 to cover a Class Ili fee for the portion of our April 30, 1981 application relating to changes in the safety limits since the review will involve consideration of a single safety issue.
The Class II fee ($1,200) submitted with our April 30 is still appropriate for the remaining portion of our application.
Please find enclosed payment in the amount of $4,000.
