Dear Mr. Bernard:
Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 By the letter dated May 17, 1982, Mr. Dale Holtzscher, Chairman of the LRG-II Working Group, provided you with position papers on eleven of the fifty-six presently identified LRG-II issues.
As you know, Illinois Power Company is a member of the LRG-II.
We would like to advise you, in accordance with the practices developed by NRR and the LRG-II, that Illinois Power Company hereby incorporates those eleven position papers provided in Mr. Holtzscher's May 17, 1982 letter into the Clinton Power Station OL application.
For specificity, the May 17, 1982 letter provides infor-mation on the LRG-II issues identified in the following manner:
1-RSB, Rev. 1 6-CPB 2-ASB 8-RSB, Rev. 1 1-ICSB, Rev. 1 2-HFS 9-RSB 2-ICSB 3-CHEB 3-CPB, Rev. 1 2-CSB When subsequent LRG-II position papers are developed and provided to NRR, we intend to incorporate them in similar fashion.
