Dear Mr. Collins:
Pursuant to the agreement for quarterly submission of emergency planning related procedures and documents, we are transmitting
- herein, under separate cover, a complete package of all such items that have been revised.
This includes the FSV Medical Emergency
- Plan, Emergency Procedures, Radiological Emergency Response Plan-Implementing, and the FSV Radiological Emergency Response Plan-Station.
You will now be placed on a "non-controlled" distribution list for j
specified procedures as discussed during the emergency preparedness appraisal audit.
You will be receiving, on a regular basis, updates to these documents and procedures.
It will e necessary for you to replace outdated documents as received.
