Dear Ms. Shoemaker By Order of May 17, 1982, as modified by Order of June 8,1982, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board in the referenced proceeding directed that each party inform you by June 14, 1982 of the name of the person who will present oral argument on its behalf on emergency planning issues, of how much of its 60 minutes of presentation it will devote to the Aamodts' appeal, and of its division of time between affirmative and responsive presentations.
