50-260 50-296 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.34(c) we are submitting for your review and approval copy Nos. 6 through 10 of t he complete Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan. The plan was revised in response to the comments forwarded to TVA by letter from D. B. Vassallo to H. G. Parris dated February 5, 1982. The enclosed plan revisions supersede those submitted by my letter to you dated December 21, 1981.
We find that we will require a period of 90 days to implement the enclosed plan after approval by your staff. Please document the acceptability of this implementation period in your staff's letter of security plan approval.
The enclosed information is being sent by registered mail. The signed receipt signifies that you have received this information and acknowledge that it is proprietary and should be withheld from public disclosure as provided for in 10 CFR Part 73 21.
This receipt will also be taken as verification that your copies of the plan have been updated and the superseded material has been destroyed.
