DOCKET NO. 50-123 MILLSTONE NUCLEAR POWER STATI0H, UNIT 3 AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCTION PERMIT Amendment No. 9 Construction Pemit No. CPPR-113 1.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) having found that:
A.
The application for amendment to the Millstone Nuclear Power Station,.
Unit 3 (Millstone-3) Construction Pemit contained in a letter, dated May 11, 1982, reducing the Millstone-3 ownership shara to be transferred from Public Service Company of New Hampshire (PSNH) to Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative (CHEEC) from 1.7391% (20 MW),
as authorized in Amendment No. 7 to CPPR-113, to 1.0435% (12 MW),
complies with the standards and requirments of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Commission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I.
(The transfer of ownership shares as author-ized by Amendment No. 7 never took place.)
B.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public.
C.
Issuance of this amendment will not result in any enviromental inpacts not previously considered.
2.
Accordingly, Construction Pemit No. CPPR-113 is amended to reflect a change in ownership shares. A new paragraph is added as follows:
