.NRC CROSS-EXA!11 NATION PLAN FOR EMERGENCY PLANNING Pursuant to the Licensing Board's order of April 23, 1982 the !.taff submits the following cross-examination plan concerning the testimony of Intervenors and the Licencees. The Staff is unable to file a specific cross-examination plan concerning the testimony of Rockland County and the testimony of the State of New York, since the Staff has not yet received either of these testimony packages.. However, the Staff can say that this cross-examination plan would be probably the same for those pieces of testimony as well. The Staff plans to investigate the following areas on cross-examination.
1.
Voir dire of witnesses to determine their qualification to testify on the subject matter of their testimony.
2.
Concerning the contents of the testimony, the Staff will investigate the methodology of any analyses performed, the methodology used in the 8206160115 820614 PDR ADOCK 05000247 Q
preparation of the testimony, and the bases for the conclusions and opinions set forth in the testimony.
