INCORPORATE RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY PLAN AS LICENSE CONDITI0tl We have reviewed the Radiological Contingency Plan required to be submitted by the subject licensee in accordance with the Order issued by the Commission on February ll,1981, and find that, with several exceptions, the licensee's plan meets the requirements of that Order. Our Safety Evaluation Report (SER) is attached as Enclosure 1.
Please process an amendment, such as that in Enclosure 2, to incorporate a condition that the licensee implement, maintain, and execute the response measure of his Radiological Contingency Plan and to incorporate the additional license conditions recommended in the Discussion Section of the SER. We would appreciate the opportunity to sign off on the amended license at the time of its issuance.
