Eisenhut June 4, 1982 Attachment RESPONSE TO GENERIC LETTER 82-30 POST-TMI REQUIREMENTS Item I.A.3.1 Limit overtime Our administratiYe procedures to limit overtime have been modified in accordance with NRC Policy Statements issued by Generic Letter No. _82-02 dated February 8,1982. We plan to submit a request for mmendment to our technical specifications by October 1982.
Item I.A.1.3.2 Minimum Shift Crev Our shift staffing has 'been modified to satisfy this requirement.
Changes to our technical specifications were issued to us in a letter from D. H. Jaffe to A. E. Lundvall, Jr. dated March 9,1982.
Item I.C.1 Revise Emergency Procedures We expect to satisfy the schedule requirement'sHof this item.
Item II.D.l.2 Relief Valve and Safety Valve Test Programs Our current position on this item was provided in our letter from A. E. Lundvall, Jr. to R. A. Clark dated April 6,1982.
Item III.A.l.2 Staffing Levels for Emergency Situations Our program to provide for augmentation of staffing in emergency situations has been established as reported in our letters from A. E. Lundvall, Jr. to R. A. Clark dated August 10, 1981 and to R. C. Haynes dated November 16, 1981.
Item III.A.l.2 Upgrade Emergency Support Facilities Our Technical Support Center and Operational Support Center are operational and our Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) is scheduled to be completed by the end of 1983.
Our Interim EOF is equipped to allow company personnel to perform those functions necessary to implement our Response Plan.
Item III.A.2.2 Meteorological Data Milestones 1 through 6 as set forth in NUREG-0737 have been completed as described in our letter from A. E. Lundvall, Jr. to R. A. Clark dated December 31, 1981.
Item III.D.3.k Control Room Habitability Action in response to this item was completed as reported in our letter from C. H. Poindexter to D. G. Eisenhut dated December 30, 1980.
