Dear Mr. Chairman:
Thank you for your letter of May 25, 1982 comenting on the location of the uranium recovery licensing operation. As you are aware, the Comission has been considering whether or not to relocate the uranium recovery licensing program to a location other than Washington, D.C.
After weighing the costs and benefits of several alternatives, the Comission has decided to locate this activity in Denver, Colorado.
