November 23, 1981 through February 28, 1982, to account for award fee not earned for the period and to provide incremental funding under the contract.
Now, therefore, the following changes are made:
A.
Under Section 3.0 Consideration and Payment, Article 3.1 Estimated Cost and Award Fee, the following changes are made:

Paragraph 4 is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
"4.
Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $880,000.00, of which $813,569.00 represents I
estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $66,431.00 represents i
available award fee for the period November 23, 1981 through l
November 30, 1982.
For further provisions on funding, see Article 5.11 entitled ' Incremental Funding' and General Provision No. 52 entitled ' Limitation of Funds.'"

The available award fee not earned by the Contractor, hereinaf ter termed ' residual fee,' for the first evaluation period identified above totalling $3.00 is hereby diverted to and made a part of the amount allotted for estimated reimbursable costs by virtue of this modification no two (2).
Diversion of this ' residual fee' shall have no impact on the total amount of estimated reimbursable costs under this contract as set forth under Article 3.1, paragraph 2."
B.
As a result of this modification no. 2, the total amount obligated under this contract is now $880,000.00.
