1981 Annual Report on Safety-Relief Valve Challenges at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station
Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
This represents the second annual report on safety-relief valve challenges for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station as required by NRC Action Plan, Item II.K.3.3.
The definition of challenges used to compile this report is the opening of the main steam safety or relief valves in response to a high reactor pressure condition.
During 1981, there were no challenges to the primary coolant system safety and relief valves on Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3.
