Dear Ms. Chavez:
By letter of June 1,1982, the Staff agreed to voluntarily and informally answer certain interrogatories served upon the Staff by DAARE/ SAFE on May 25, 1982 beyond the formal discovery period.
I have obtained this information from the Staff as provided in the attached enclosure. This does not include an answer, originally offered, to interrogatory 3, which on further consideration has been found to be unrelated to any contested issue.
