As indicated in the Joint Notice of Deposition w dated April 19, 1982, SC and LILCO will take depositions upon oral examination of persons designated by each who are competent to testify concerning SC Contentions 16 and

20. LILCO intends to cover the County witnesses' views on the subject matter areas listed in the Joint Notice. In

' addition, LILCO will cover the following subjects:
