Now comes Sunflower Alliance, et.al., Interrenors herein, and move the Commission, per 10 CFR 52.730 (c) and 92.711, for an enlargement of time of 10 days in which to file their memorandum in oppositica to the
" Motion to Dismise Financial Qualifications Contention" which was served by Applicant on or about April 7, 1982.
Sunflower et.al. assert that additional time, to April 29, 1982,

is needed for preparation because of the seriously adverse co. sequences j
to their interests which would arise should Applicant's Motion be granted.
Further, no prejudice or unjust delay would be occasione' by the granting i
